Shipping, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Welcome to Mac’s Maker Emporium, where every creation is handmade, inspected, and packaged with care. This page explains how your order is created, shipped, and handled so you always know what to expect.

🕰 Creation and Processing

• All cutting boards, laser engravings and patent prints are made to order, not mass produced. Each one takes about three to four days to create and typically ships within one week of purchase.

• If your piece is a custom design or you have special requests, creation may take longer. You will be notified promptly if extra time is needed.

• During holidays or high order volume, processing times may vary slightly.

• Apparel such as beanies are fulfilled and shipped by a trusted print partner within five to eight business days.

🚚 Shipping Details

• Everything but apparel ships from Nevada, United States.

• Apparel ships separately from the print partner.

• Domestic orders usually arrive within three to seven business days after shipping.

• International orders vary based on region and customs processing.

• International customers may be charged customs duties or VAT by their country. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

• Tracking information is provided once your order ships.

Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery is in their care. If a package is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. I will always assist where possible.

💌 Packaging

• Each item is carefully checked before shipment to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

💸 Refunds and Returns

Custom Items

• Each item is handcrafted and made to order, so returns and refunds are not accepted once creation begins.

• If your item arrives damaged, contact me through the Contact Page within three days of delivery with your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once reviewed, we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Apparel

• Apparel orders cannot be changed or canceled once production begins.

• If apparel arrives damaged or incorrect, contact me within three days of delivery with photos.

• Unused apparel in its original packaging may be returned within seven days. Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued.

❌ Cancellations

• Laser and print orders can be canceled within twenty four hours of purchase before work begins.

• Once creation has started, cancellations are no longer possible.

• Apparel orders cannot be canceled after being submitted to production.

⚡ Responsibility and Limitations

All items are inspected before shipping. After an order leaves the dumpster, we cannot control handling by postal carriers or customs.
